In this code-heavy session, we will build a small sample application from the ground up, utilizing Visual Studio 2010 to handle the code and Expression Blend to manage the design experience.  By utilizing both applications, we’ll get to see how the designer/developer story plays out and what features of both applications are most helpful for your development. 

Speaker Bio:

Evan works as a Developer Evangelist for Telerik specializing in Silverlight and WPF.  After years as a development enthusiast in .Net technologies, he has been able to excel in XAML development helping to provide samples and expertise in these cutting edge technologies.  Evan is also active in the community as a .Net speaker at user groups and code camps, covering topics including business intelligence development, out of browser Silverlight applications, and developer/designer best practices when working with Silverlight. As a part of his role at Telerik, Evan is involved in feature scoping and roadmap for future Telerik Silverlight products.  Evan is also working on his own community-based site for Silverlight, WPF, and Windows Phone 7 (including XNA) development.
